asalamu alaikum i thought i'd might aswell start this thread off because i love meaningful thoughts! i find them amazing and wondered if anyone would like to share them on this thread.... please feel free to do so Allah (swt) has a reason for allowing things to happen, we may never understand His Wisdom but we simply have to trust His Will. I really liked this message that my friend sent to me because it is soo true. I am sure everyone can relate to it one way or another, we sometimes go through all kinds of troubles in our life and we wonder why it happens to us and not anyone else. We have to remember that there is wisdom behind everything and Allah (swt) tests the people whom he loves. This is what i always think of if i am ever facing a little struggle etc. Anyway,,, please share your poems or anything. ws

As-salamu alaykum
I can relate to that, a few months ago me and my wife lost our son at birth, even though it sounds bad much goodness came out of it.
The happening bought me ansd my wife closer as before our relationship was nearly on the edge, to the point i was just hanging in there due to the baby, if my wife was not pregnant i would have wanted a seperation.
But when we lost our son i truly saw who she truly is and how much she meant to me, she showed so much sabr, when we was told our baby is dead, she stated it was Allah's choice and showed so much submission.
With me being a new convert i never saw anything like this before, when i told my mother she cryed more harder than my wife did.
I realised that my wife is unique and indeed would make the best mother for my child, she has a very caring nature, so through hardships such as these teaches you and takes you to another state of mind....thats of course if you attribute it to Allah's wisdom and have good opnion about Him.
Wasalams

Quest for paradise without good deeds, hope for intercession without adherence to Sunnah, and hope for Divine blessing after disobedience is foolishness.
